On September 5, Ambassador Jin Zhijian attended the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding, including the Low CO2 Concrete Technology Project and other cooperation, between China Building Materials Academy (CBMA) and Innovation Center of Iceland (NMI).
In his speech, Ambassador Jin expressed his congratulation and spoke highly of the cooperation in the field of low-carbon environmental protection between China and Iceland, stressing that China is actively implementing the national strategy to address climate change and promote green and low-carbon development. Iceland attaches great importance to climate change and environmental protection, and has unique technology and advanced concepts. It is of great significance for the two countries to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation in this field.
