On November 1, ambassador He Rulong attended a luncheon hosted by the Group of Retired Ambassadors of Iceland at the initiative of former ambassador of Iceland to China H.E. Hjálmar W. Hannesson. Also present were a dozen of former ambassadors of Iceland.
