Ambassador He Rulong was invited to address the 2022 Annual Conference of the Icelandic Chinese Cultural Society (KÍM) on October 27.

Ambassador He briefed KÍM members on the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with a focus on the major achievements of the past ten years in the new era as well as the strategic goals of the new journey aimed at building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. Ambassador He thanked KÍM for its contribution in promoting the people-to-people exchanges between China and Iceland and expressed willingness in making concerted efforts with KÍM to further advance the bilateral relations.
